An installer makes it easy for your clients to setup your software product in their computers. An installer packages all the files consisting your software product into one single file, a *.msi file, to be distributed to your clients. This msi file is the installer for your software product. It may also perform installation time actions such as creating shortcuts and program groups.
An installer is created by a Setup project.

Limnor Studio Resource Manager Released

Resource Manager allows embedding resources (text, image, icon and other files) in software. Since the resources are embedded in the software (*.EXE/*.DLL), it is easy to distribute the software to your customers. You do not have to distribute image files, text files, icon files, etc.
Another important usage of the Resource Manager is to help localizing your software. It helps you managing multiple language resources. Multi-language resources are embedded in your software and correct resources are used based on the culture at runtime. Your software may instantly switch language at runtime. For example, a kiosk at an international airport should allow the user to choose language for the user interface.

It uses Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5.
It uses native .Net types as programming elements. It generates native .Net types. Therefore it works seamlessly with other .Net programming languages and software libraries.
Limnor Studio compiler generates C# source code from visual programming projects.
It is an open platform for hosting other visual programming innovations. Visual and codeless programming will be better done via different paradigms working together. Each visual programming idea may have its specific advantages over texture programming; each of them will have its limitations if used alone. Different visual programming ideas may be developed as plug-ins for Limnor Studio and it allows them work seamlessly together.
It uses math expression in its original form instead of in textural computer language form.

Limnor has become a partner of MySQL (MySQL Partner)
Many Limnor applications were created for accessing databases remotely. When the database is not very small, MS Access is not efficient for remote use. Usually client/server databases are expensive. A good free client/server database is MySQL. A new version of Limnor has enhanced supporting of MySQL.
