Getting started with Limnor Studio

Samples

Visual Programming should be learnt visually. Limnor Tutorials are presented in slides made from actual screenshots. You learn the concepts by examples.
Tutorial Maker is a program to make the slides.
Tutorial Maker itself is made using Limnor Studio. You can find its project files under Samples folder of the Limnor Studio installation folder. The compiled Tutorial Maker, TutorialMaker.exe, is installed with the Limnor Studio. A shortcut is provided by the setup:

The Tutorial Maker UI allows you to specify the folder to save the slides, the slide name and the slide number:

After making a slide the slide number is automatically increased by 1.
Minimizing the UI will put the Tutorial Maker on the system tray.
To modifying an existing slide, click "Edit Slide".
To create a new slide, press F3 or F4 to capture the screen. To capture the mouse cursor image with the screenshot, you must use F4 to capture the whole screen and then clip the part of screen you want.
To create a new slide, the slide number must not point to an existing slide. Suppose slide 16 exists (slide files exist) and you want to insert a new slide as slide 16, then you may click "Insert Slide" button. It will rename slide files for slide 16 to be slide 17, and original slide 17 as slide 18, and so on. Then you may press F3 or F4 to create a new slide as slide 16.
